Reliance Infocomm the
largest mobile and related technology
services provider has several
installations where there is a need for
safe and sturdy climbing systems. The
users needed a ladder that is extremely
mobile and easy to carry while being
very strict about meeting international
safety standards.
In fact the locations
of use could be on the roofs where their
receiving terminals are located, in the
corridors or regular use. In other words
the ladders had to factor in weather and
flexibility in use.
With this requirement
they asked JVS Werner for a ladder that
could be at a workable height of 12
feet.
Our Response:
Reliance warranted a
customized solution. The first thing
that our engineers did was to capture
the various requirements of the customer
in detail from the sales force. Aided
with the global expertise of Werner and
the innate understanding of local
conditions the team modified the design
.With the parameters of safety and
flexibility being paramount.
The JVS Werner ladder
for Reliance Infocomm was the P375.
Today there are over
150 ladders in
25 centers spread cross India using JVS
Werner ladders.
For Reliance it was a
step in the right direction. For us
another customer who said only the
world's best will do.
